Appleby’s Dairy Honey is produced from hives located on our family farm in partnership with local beekeeper Henry Rook from Eden Honey Bees. The bees forage across our grassland, hedgerows, wildflowers and surrounding countryside, creating a pure, local honey that reflects the landscape of the farm throughout the seasons. Harvested during May, this Spring Honey is a pale, naturally set honey with a delicate floral flavour.
